These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the six6x platform, including but not limited to the six6x casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment cashier, and customer support services. By accessing the six6x website, you unconditionally accept these Terms as a binding legal agreement.

six6x reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

To create a six6x account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. six6x is strictly an adult platform. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or using any service on six6x.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing six6x from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of six6x, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false details at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

six6x operates a one account per player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. If six6x detects that a player has registered multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses contained within them may be forfeited.

six6x will conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals and may request it at any other time at its discretion. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6x login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

six6x strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts, which is available through the account security settings. six6x will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the six6x support team immediately at [email protected]. six6x will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation for security purposes.

Any activity conducted through your six6x account — including bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated — is your responsibility unless you have notified six6x of unauthorised access before such activity occurred. six6x accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

six6x processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your six6x PKR balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect. six6x does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the six6x finance team within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) typically arrive within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business hours after approval.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into the account, unless six6x approves an exception following a formal request.
• six6x reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where KYC documentation is outstanding or where a responsible gaming cooling-off period is active on the account.
• six6x does not charge withdrawal fees. The full PKR amount requested will be transmitted to your nominated payment method subject to any deductions required by law.

six6x offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed on the relevant promotional page. The following general conditions apply to all six6x bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal request will be accepted.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated time period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports market is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a six6x account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before clearing the current bonus will void the previous bonus and any winnings derived solely from it.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. six6x reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts where abuse, fraud, or unusual betting patterns are detected.

six6x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where regulatory requirements necessitate such action.

six6x provides access to a library of casino games including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat, as well as a sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL), football, UFC, and kabaddi. The following conditions apply to all gaming and betting activity on six6x:

Casino Games: All six6x casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game lobby. Results of all games are final once confirmed by the six6x system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to the player's balance.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on six6x are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. six6x reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds were clearly incorrect, or where the outcome of an event has been affected by corruption or match-fixing. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum bet on six6x sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and event and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. six6x reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of a human player
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats
• Using six6x for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Abusing the six6x bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting resolution through the six6x support team
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing six6x staff or other players through any communication channel

six6x employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all accounts and transactions continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, six6x will act immediately and decisively. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no entitlement to any funds held in affected accounts.

six6x is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. The six6x platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your six6x account. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Reality Check: Configure timed on-screen reminders that notify you of the duration of your current session and your net gaming activity during that session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, login to the platform is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the six6x platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or material from the six6x platform without the express prior written consent of six6x. Unauthorised use of six6x intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

The six6x name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of six6x. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use six6x trademarks for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6x and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the six6x platform
• Any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting activity on the platform, including losses resulting from system errors or technical malfunctions where the affected round has been voided and the stake returned
• Any interruptions to the platform resulting from maintenance, technical faults, third-party service provider failures, or events beyond six6x's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet failures, and natural disasters)
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the six6x platform, including game statistics, odds, and promotional content

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the gross negligence of six6x. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, those warranties and liabilities shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

six6x collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the six6x Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purpose of operating your six6x account, processing payments, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and promotions (where you have opted in to marketing communications). six6x does not sell personal data to third parties.

six6x retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may exercise your data rights — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data — by contacting the six6x support team.

six6x reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — six6x will provide at least seven days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

For minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms), changes will take effect immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your six6x account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your six6x account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all active bonuses will be removed and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your nominated withdrawal method after satisfactory KYC verification has been completed.

Termination by six6x: six6x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on the account
• A player is found to be ineligible (including being under 21 or accessing from a prohibited jurisdiction)
• A player has been subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period and attempts to circumvent it
• six6x is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law

Where an account is closed by six6x due to a breach of these Terms, six6x reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in that account, proportional to the severity of the breach and any losses incurred by six6x as a result.

In the event of a dispute between you and six6x, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, contact the six6x support team via live chat or by email at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. The support team will aim to resolve your query within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the response from the support team, you may escalate the matter as a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". six6x will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If you remain dissatisfied after receiving six6x's final response, you may seek independent review through the applicable dispute resolution body referenced in the platform's licensing documentation.

Disputes must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. six6x will not consider complaints raised after this period unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.
